Double Drop

This effect is a self working method of an old trick published in Harry Lorayne's Apocalypse magazine

A card is chosen, replaced in the deck, and the performer then asks for a number between ten and twenty. Let's say for example that this is number fifteen.

Fifteen cards are shown ans none are the chosen one. The balance of the deck is shuffled but is not squared up. It is left in a weaved condition. This deck is held by one end and a card falls to the table. As this happens, the performer calls out the number one. 

The the other side of the deck is held and another card falls on "two".

This alternate dropping is done to the chosen numer where upon the chosen card falls face up!
