We are delighted that you have found your way here and hope you enjoy browsing our store!
Two things to note in advance: Firstly, you cannot pay directly during the ordering process in our store. There are two reasons for this. One is that we always calculate the actual shipping costs, which we can only determine once we have packed the goods. The other is that these are often used items, and if we discover during packing that they are incomplete or not in working order, we will of course not send them. We always send an invoice for the goods delivered and the specific shipping costs with the goods; you can pay this by bank transfer, PayPal, or SEPA direct debit.
We would also like to point out that we are usually available at the Magic Center and by phone on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Emails are of course also received at other times, but we also process these during the times mentioned above. We would also like to ask you to check briefly before visiting whether we are actually there, as we sometimes have external appointments. If you would like to come at other times or get in touch, please just ask.
